Early morning is definitely my favourite time for yoga. I may be less flexible first thing, but I feel so much more connected because it feels like it's just me awake in the world - everyone else is still asleep so I have the silence to myself.
I did 'Detox' at around 6.20am and it was delicious! The only part I used to dread was the reverse half moon pose but, although it's still nowhere near what is should be, I can at least control it calmly and know how to place the yoga blocks to help me.
After a client session, I did some work and later on I did 'hardCORE' before heading to another client. I did my meditation in bed - 10 minutes, not too bad (could be better!).
